Position Description
We are currently looking for a sales professional to champion our expansion in the USA, Mexico and Central America. This sales professional will be based out of our offices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and be responsible for support and development of existing distributors, as well as identifying and onboarding new distributors in these areas. While primary focus will be on business development south of the boarder, this professional will also be expected to help grow and support domestic business, especially in geographies with proximity to the Mexico-United States boarder. Fluency in both English and Spanish is critical for this role, as well as the ability to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- B2B Sales Expertise: Leverage your experience in B2B sales to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Market Development: Collaborate with distributors to expand our market presence in the Americas.
- Technical Acumen: Understand our products thoroughly and effectively communicate their technical features and benefits to clients.
- Bilingual Communication: Fluent in both English and Spanish, you’ll bridge language gaps and ensure clear communication with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Travel: Be comfortable with regular travel (30%-50%) to Central and South America for client meetings, training sessions, and business development.
- Passport Requirement: A valid passport is essential, as international travel is required.
- Domestic Sales Contribution: Contribute to domestic sales activities, especially in areas with proximity to the Mexico-United States border.
- Soft Skills: Demonstrate organizational skills, computer literacy, and proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office products.
- Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B technical sales, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Languages: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally.
- Soft Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
