Memolub International, a global automatic lubrication systems manufacturer has revealed its new cartridge design. This new approach signifies the farewell of the battery seal that has been part of Memolub automatic lubricators since its original development in 1987. The new cartridge is Memolub’s most ecological cartridge yet.

Produced from high density polyethylene (HDPE) the cartridge with its new nipple-design is engineered to avoid leakages, avoid deformation and to empty easily. When the phase out of the battery seal is completed, the ecological footprint of Memolub’s manufacturing process will be significantly reduced as 3500kg of rubber is saved yearly.

The new cartridges will be introduced in phases, starting with the 480cc model. The others will follow in the upcoming months.
