The MEMOLUB® PLCD is powered and programmed by your Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and automatically delivers a small, precise amount of lubricant at regular intervals for a continuous supply of fresh lubricant directly to your lube point. The system prevents over and under lubrication problems related to manual lubrication. Additional sensors can provide feedback to the PLC to build an autonomous and self containing system.

A 5-foot extension cable on the Power-Through Memo is connected to a PLC-controlled power supply. The PLC program controls the frequency of lubrication output cycles, which may be based upon elapsed clock hours, machine cycles, a count of parts produced, or other desired criteria.
A powerful and efficient pump
The Memolub PLCD pump is engineered to deliver powerful output pressure (25bar/350psi) and is capable of pumping low- and high viscosity lubricants at extreme temperatures. Thanks to the patented electro-mechanical technology inside Memolub PLCD, the system is safe for the negative consequences of system back-pressure.
MEMOLUB® OIL R-500 COMPATIBLE
MEMOLUB® OIL R-500 is a refillable 500cc reservoir for oil applications, compatible with MEMOLUB® PLCD.
